My calves are 36cm and I own both size medium and small of these. I've used the mediums for years and have several pairs. They are absolutely fantastic for long runs and recovery. They fit very well and are so comfortable. I'm no longer running as I have long COVID so use the sleeves to help with my low blood pressure, they are also amazing for this. However I recently bought the size small and they are very long and a stretcher material than my other pairs. The stretch makes them easier to put on, but they are so long and tight at the top that if i wear them too long they become uncomfortable and the top of my feet start going numb. Not sure if something changed over the past 6 months about how they're made or if this is a normal difference between the sizes. In the photo black is a small and blue is a medium.

These calf sleeves are the best! I’m a longtime wearer of compression hosiery for POTS and vasovagul syncope. This product is a fantastic alternative and so much easier to wear under pants than compression hosiery. Very comfortable. Happy customer.

Helpful for shin splints, but heads up they are quite tight so potentially size up if you've got chunky calves
