Got one size smaller to target after gym session recovery - has significantly reduced muscle soreness the next day! Works so well I’m going to get another one.
I have tried a number of compression clothing from various brands - I prefer 2XU In particular for this long sleeve shirt as is pretty comfortable also not too loose/tight and helps with the post game recovery, I wear this to play basketball
I ordered this to replace a worn out rash guard I use when training and it is very high quality! I was concerned about the seams but after a month of heavy training, it still looks brand new. I will be adding a few more of these to my rotation soon. Highly recommend these tops!

I love the Core Compression Long Sleeve! It’s made a noticeable difference in reducing DOMS and speeding up my recovery after weight lifting sessions. Highly recommend for anyone serious about training and faster muscle recovery.
